If you need to notifiy us of a TVSplus claim, please send uns the mentionend documents you find below:
Please submit the following documents in case of a claim:
- delivery/sales invoice of the damaged or lost goods
- claim invoice (addressed to Aktiv Assekuranz Makler GmbH)
- notification of claim issued by the customer
- forwarding order or original B/L
- letter of liability addressed to the forwarder
- confirmation of claim resp. written response of the forwarder
- delivery receipt with corresponding remarks stating the damage or loss
- survey report, provided same is already available
- in case of a claim within the framework of export coverage conditions (applies for inco terms EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CPT, DAF, DES, DEQ) proof is to be submitted in form of written correspondence with the consignee that the sales amount could not be obtained.
